Hashtagmadeyalook grinds out tough score

WASHINGTON, PA, Oct. 28, 2021 — First over forever, Hashtagmadeyalook still had enough in the tank to wear down the leader and capture Thursday’s harness racing feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $12,100 Conditioned Trot.

Hashtagmadeyalook was fIfth when Hunter Myers tipped him off the cones and asked him for trot. The 6-year-old Chapter Seven-Royalty Free gelding gained ground steadily rather than in a quick burst, finally edging Enzio by a head in 1:55.1. Walkingintherain finished third in the Lightning Lane.

Sarah Andrews trains the winner, who extended his career earnings to $361,456, for Daddy Boy Racing.

HASHTAGMADEYALOOK REPLAY

Aaron Merriman piloted three winners on the 12-race card.

Friday’s 11-race program features a mandatory payout in the final-race Super Hi-5, with its carryover of $63,306.09. Ordinarily, the Super Hi-5 jackpot is paid only if there is a unique correct ticket. With the mandatory payout, holders of all correct tickets will share the spoils.
