Imma Be stings for fourth time

WASHINGTON, PA, March 4, 2022 — Imma Be ($2.80) shed cover at the three-quarters and rolled to his fourth consecutive harness racing victory in Friday’s feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $12,100 Conditioned Pace.

Imma Be began the season with a pair of off-the-board finishes at Yonkers and the Meadowlands. But since trainer Ron Burke brought him to The Meadows, he’s been untouchable.

The 4-year-old Racing Hill-Catch Me Katie gelding scored in a career best 1:51.2 for Ronnie Wrenn, Jr., 2 lengths better than Carolina Beach, with Like A Shadow third.

Ben Mondello campaigns Imma Be, who lifted his lifetime bankroll to $107,620.
