Horseplay Car Giveaway back at Big M

East Rutherford, NJ – Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment is bringing back the harness racing fan-favorite promotion Horseplay and giving away a brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla LE.  Horseplay will run Friday, May 6^th through Friday, August 5^th.

This year’s Horseplay is sponsored by Wanda Polisseni’s Purple Haze Stable.

Racetrack guests can enter to win every live race night by picking up a free horse to toss at the Horseplay Promo Car at the Players Club desk or the Horseplay table in front of the Winner’s Circle.

Participants attempt to throw their numbered horse into the window of a moving car. A winner, randomly chosen from all the horses that make it into the car, will receive a $100 betting voucher. The thirty winners will be entered into the Horseplay Final Drawing on Friday, August 5^th and have a chance to win the 2022 Corolla through a reverse drawing.

For every horse that makes it into the Horseplay car during the season, Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment donates $5 to the designated monthly charity and $5 to Purple Haze Standardbred Adoption Program. The May donation recipient the ACT Now Foundation, a grass roots not-for profit organization, works tirelessly to raise awareness, advocate and educate New Jersey about Alzheimer’s disease, prevention, and early detection. Bluemont Sanctuary is the June charity recipient whose mission is to rescue, rehab and foster equines, minis and donkeys.

 The July/August charity recipient is the Allaire Community Farm who has a mission of rescuing animals to rescue people of all ages.Their focus population is special needs individuals, teens with mental health issues and local families battling cancer in our community.
