WASHINGTON, PA, May 11, 2022 — Game Of Shadows threw down a :55 back half en route to a convincing harness racing victory in Wednesday’s $16,000 Filly & Mare Open Handicap Pace at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows.
After giving Game Of Shadows a 29.4 second-quarter breather, Hunter Myers unleashed her. The 4-year-old daughter of Shadow Play-Cheyenne Ava responded by pouring it on, scoring in 1:51.4 to match her lifetime mark. The pocket-sitting Tonianne was second, one and three quarter lengths back, while Ellasen shot the Lightning Lane for show.
Paul Corey trains Game Of Shadows, who now has banked $188,714, for Kenneth Ashba.
