Texas Town (Huntsville-Tell The Truth) and driver Wally Hennessey went from last-to-first to captured the $56,500 Reynolds Memorial for 2-year-old colts & geldings (non-betting).
Texas Town scored the mile in a career best of 1:54.4.Ā Ā He is owned by Jerry Hoffman and trainer David Byer.Ā Ā It was his second career victory.Ā Ā To The Hunt (Mark MacDonald) was second as Boston Bound (Marcus Miller) finished third.
Light And Tight (American Ideal-Donāt Point At) and driver Tyler Buter went gate-to-wire to win the $37,900 first division for 2-year-old pacing fillies in a lifetime best of 1:53.
Turn On The Charm (Wally Hennessey) finished second.Ā Ā Doing Marvelous (Mark MacDonald) took home third money.Ā Ā Light And Tight is trained by R. Nifty Norman for owners the Pinske Stables and David Hoese.Ā Ā It was his second win in just four lifetime starts.
